TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE
At Good Energy, you do not have to be an ELITE Athlete in order to TRAIN like one. In fact, many of our adult clients enjoy not only the atmosphere when one of our Advanced athletes is performing his/her workout, but want to perform the same challenging exercises in their own program.
Many GE Clients want to blow off Steam or get in better shape. What better way to train or get your Heart Rate Up, than to drag a sled, run in the agility ladder or perform a set of explosive Medicine Ball Broad Jumps.
We like to challenge ALL of our clients, but only after the clients are properly screened for muscle imbalances or ailments. Once we confirm our clients are ready to take their training to a higher level, we look forward to scripting intense workouts with more variety including HARDCORE Athletic Movements for the Non-active adult.
We have received countless positive feedback from our Bootcamp & Athletic Specific workouts from the most unsuspecting clients. Our variable training programs are always evolving with new exercises to eliminate monotonous workouts and challenge our clients to make their muscles work more intensely. Being ACTIVE is for all GE Clients!
