CASEY GALLAGHER
IHA SOCCER
WOOHOOO GOOD ENERGY! I have been going to GE for over 1 1/2 years and I absolutely love it. My Dad had me stop during Soccer season, and I didn't know what to do, I was completely lost and even cried a little bit. When I go to GE, I feel like I am at home.
Pete & Rob always make me feel comfortable. I have become a stronger person in so many different ways. Physically and Mentally I have become stronger because I now have confidence in myself that I didn't possess before I trained at GE.
I love to workout at GE because even though you are getting killed by the workout, the guys motivate you to finish and feel good even when you are totally exhausted. I love going in GE and getting a huge "CASEYYYY!!!" every time I walk in, and between Rob D's dancing to techno or Pete's pep talks before a hard workout, it ALL feels like home.
Thanks for ALL you have done guys.
Love, Casey Gallagher - your favorite Gallagher : ) |

ERIN WHITE
IHA LACROSSE
Thanks for what you¹ve done for Erin. It has been a terrific experience for her, and not just in terms of fitness. Thanks to you, Rob and the GE staff for what you¹ve done, and more important, how it¹s been done.
In addition, Erin was very excited about the nutritionist - proceeded to teach us what she learned when she got home. While we try to teach our version of this, infinitely more impact when it comes from a Pro. Thanks.
Tom White (Erin's Dad)

SCOTT PETERSON
Gettysburg College Basketball
I decided to start working out at Good Energy over two years ago and it was definitely a great choice.
They did a great job getting me ready to play basketball at Gettysburg College this year.
The entire Good Energy team has a great dedication to what they do. When you’re there working out they push you to your limit, even past your limit to make you the best you can be. But it’s not just about working out while you’re there. They all follow your seasons and know everything that goes on with you and your team. They follow how you do in the newspaper as well as coming to your games.
I would NOT have had the success I had in high school basketball without the Good Energy team.
They helped me get better at basketball as well as pushing me to my personal max with every session.
Thanks Good Energy, Scott Peterson Gettysburg College- Class of 2011

TAYLER WEJNERT - George Mason University Women's Hoops
Entire Testimonial Below: ELITE Athlete's WILL perform BETTER with GE!
Good Energy was recommended to me by a fellow basketball player and close friend at the start of my senior year (September 2006), just as I was preparing to verbally commit to George Mason University for basketball. I had worked for four years with the same trainers, and knew that fall training would be more than critical to my senior performance at Holy Angels and also to my upcoming season at George Mason. But when my trainer unexpectedly changed locations, I was left frantically searching for a new one. My friend INSISTED I try out Good Energy in Allendale, and although I was slightly hesitant at first, I had heard a lot of positive feedback from other clients my age, and figured it couldn't hurt to try.
So I did, and after the trial session I was hooked. I trained three days a week for three months until my final high-school basketball season, where my Good Energy experience would finally be put to the test. I ended my high-school with a record-breaking 1,698 points as a first-team All-County/All-State selection, McDonald's All-American, Athlete/Player of the Week, an undefeated NNJIL League Champion, a 2006-2007 Bergen County Champion, and the 2006-2007 Gatorade Player of the Year for New Jersey. I am not only positive that my experience at Good Energy passed the test on the court, but I am totally CONVINCED that my fall training at GE is responsible for the accomplishments of my senior season and truly allowed me (and my team) to succeed beyond my highest expectations. My personal performance this season would not have been possible without Good Energy.
Now, after almost a year of training with the GE Team, my spring/summer training has come to and end and it's time to start a new career at George Mason. I could not feel more prepared, physically or mentally, to make an immediate impact both on and off the court, and I really give all the credit to my experience here at Good Energy. The variety of workouts, warm environment and positive atmosphere makes EVERY session fun. But Good Energy is so much more than just a private training facility- they really care about you as a person and an athlete. I always leave Good Energy feeling uplifted, refreshed, and always with a smile :) The Pros are just there to train you- they are truly your fans and your friends, following your season and supporting each and every one of your achievements. For me, Rob DeBrino isn't just my trainer, but my friend and mentor, and in just one year of training I learned a lot more than how to train, and he and Pete have helped me grow into the college athlete I am ready to become. Physically, I have watched my body transform into college-ready shape, but it's the Good Energy attitude that has really rubbed off and influenced me. Rob and Pete have pushed me to my limits and beyond because they really want me to be the best I can be- their positive attitudes and endless support will continue to motivate me to always go the extra mile. Good Energy has given me the confidence to start off my college career with an edge. It's the "Good Energy Difference" that will set me apart from the other freshman this year, and I can't wait to put this year's training to the test!
My only regret is that I didn't come to Good Energy sooner! I will really miss everyone at GE this year! Can't wait to come back and train!

Darcy - Allendale, NJ
I have been exercising at Good Energy for 2 years and never felt stronger or healthier.
Training at Good Energy leaves my body feeling strong from my heart to my core. Stress endured from modern life is more controllable with my exercise routine at Good Energy. During my 1 hour of fitness at Good Energy, my mind is given a chance to relax.
My personal fitness program is customized by the GE staff, and each session is unique and never repetitive. Since I started exercising at Good Energy I feel like I have turned back time and feel better NOW in my 40s than I did in my 30s.
Good Energy is a positive, exhilarating, and happy experience for me.

ROB BASSO
Northern Highlands - LAX-Attack
My son Rob decided in his sophomore year of high school to give up Football to focus on Lacrosse and get bigger & stronger, so I needed to find the right trainers to work with him.
Pete Ohnegian was recommended by a friend who has two of his sons working out regularly at Good Energy with great results. After 2 weeks, Rob went from 3 days to 4 days a week training, originally working out with Pete but has become a regular client of Rob DeBrino.
Rob weighed 130 pounds when he first started training and now weighs 145 and has bench pressed 180 pounds, clearly bigger & stronger than when he started!
Pete and Rob are extremely positive in their approach to training, both physically and mentally and want Rob to excel to the best of his abilities as an athlete and student. I trust Pete and Rob's training philosophy and more importantly trust them with my son who looks up to both as role models.
Good Energy takes pride in the Student Athlete's they train and my 13 yr old is already looking forward to working out at Good Energy in the near future! Rob Basso, Sr.

MIKE NORTON
TEAM IN TRAINING
(recently inducted into Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Northern NJ Chapter HOF) "I'm an avid cyclist and member of TEAM IN TRAINING. I was looking for something to supplement my long rides and Good Energy was right down the street in Allendale, NJ. After training at a health club with a personal trainer for several years, I can say that I have never felt better since training at Good Energy. The staff is knowledgeable, my hourly sessions are always different and I now look forward to the days I don't ride – cross training at Good Energy!."

CAREN CIALI
Good Energy Mom
"Taylor has been working out with Pete for 5 years! When Tay started strength training, I knew Pete from coaching his 5th grade football team in Ramsey. At the time (1997), Pete was still playing professional football and became a certified professional trainer in the off-season. Taylor made the decision to attend St. Joe's-Montvale and needed to get bigger, stronger and faster. Pete was not only a knowledgeable trainer but a positive role model for Tay in and out of the gym. Tay is currently preparing for a post-graduate year at Blair Academy and we thank Pete for not only developing Taylor's physique, but assisting in the recruiting process as well. Pete is more than Taylor's trainer. He is a friend, who genuinely cares about Taylor's future."
