Taylor Ciali is an Original GE client!
Prior to opening Good Energy, owner Pete Ohnegian trained Taylor in preparation for freshman football at St. Joe’s. Taylor has excelled in our program for over six years and has worked as a trainer the last two summers sharing his belief in our program and assisting in Personal and Team Training.
As an athlete, Taylor was a leader on both the offensive and defensive lines for St. Joe’s high school football team. Following graduation, Taylor was Captain for Blair Academy during his post-graduate year. Presently he is a junior at Hobart College where he will start at linebacker for the perennial Divisionn III playoff power.
Taylor brings a different dimension to our staff having suffered from a non-contact ACL injury and still presently playing college athletics. Good Energy is predicated on injury prevention and balanced athletes. Now that Taylor is fully recovered and training 100%, he informs GE clients on the importance of training with proper technique to minimize their risk for injury.
Over the last two years, Taylor has been committed to our Sport’s Nutrition Program directed by Heather Campanile. He attributes his healthy eating habits and change in body composition by following Heather’s Meal Plan & guidelines. Taylor now fuels his body properly in order to add lean muscle and build strength without gaining unnecessary weight.
Taylor was Good Energy Athlete of the Month November 2005.
He is a native of Ramsey, NJ and lives there when not at college.
