SPEED & CONDITIONING

At Good Energy we have had success implementing Speed & Conditioning programs in a group outside, as well as individual/partner sessions in our facility. We include Speed & Conditioning in our Athlete's in Training program to supplement a client's increase in strength and to maximize our client's athletic potential. Regardless of your sport, speed, agility and explosiveness is essential in becoming the best athlete. At Good Energy we teach proper running mechanics, linear speed, change of direction and increased neuromuscular coordination. (i.e. balance and joint stability)

Similar to our Athlete's in Training program, our Speed & Conditioning Program is a progression of various speed and agility workouts in order for our GE Athletes to be in his/her best condition for their respective sport.

Good Energy Athlete's in Training

Speed & Conditioning sessions include but are not limited to a Dynamic Warm-up and extensive FORM RUN with an emphasis on proper running mechanics. We will utilize the AGILITY LADDER for quickness and increased precision in our athlete's coordination and footwork. We also have many other useful tools in producing more explosive athletes including sleds, resistance bands, the Vertimax, and the Prowler. The Good Energy staff stays in contact with professional and college strength coaches to utilize the newest techniques and trends in the field of Speed & Conditioning.

Good Energy Athlete's in Training

Our Summer program is in a group setting and is often at dawn to beat the heat and challenge our athlete's commitment to becoming the Best! Our athlete's perform agilities, plyometrics, cone drills and skill specific running patterns that are staples in the college and professional programs we utilize to prepare our athlete's for the next level. Good Energy Athlete's committed to our S&C program will experience an increase in speed, agility, explosiveness and cardiovascular improvement.
