PROGRAM DESIGN

At Good Energy, we have created countless variations of workouts since we opened in the Summer of 2003.

Often times we are asked to script programs for Clients who are working on the road, college athletes who want to supplement their team training with some Good Energy or GE Alumni who want to continue similar training on their own – the GE WAY!

Our Programs can be broken down by specific types of training or through a weekly/monthly periodization. For the pre-season or off-season athlete who is unable to train at Good Energy, but is a BELIEVER in our program, we will supplement your program with our ideas depending on your access to a health club or weight room and time allocated for training.
