PLYOS are GE Conditioning!

When you think Plyometrics, you think jumping or bounding! At GE we use "Plyos" not just for Athletes but to elevate the heart rate of all our Clients.

Afterall, at GE we train everyone in an "Athletic" way because even our non-competing adults want to be More Active.

In this picture you see a variety of Plyos including Mountain Climbers, Agile Double Hops, Running/Jumping on the Trampoline and Lateral Shuffle with the Battling Ropes.

We will perform plyometrics in a circuit or just as an alternative exercise during a strength training routine.
