WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE TOO STRONG FOR YOUR BODYWEIGHT!
Sometimes a client's strength demands more from an exercise!
Rob is performing Decline Push-ups with a 45LB plate on his back! Notice how he has to maintain perfect posture with his hips in line with his upper body in order for the weight to remain on his back.
In addition, he can not "force" out reps without a proper tempo or else the plate on his back will fall.
