Above is David D. performing a Uni-lateral Medicine Ball Push-Up. This is a great exercise as a chest supplement in a Total Body Workout or as a drop-set in an Upper Body workout when you are trying to continue to stress the chest and incorporate some neuromuscular stabilization and core at the same time.

120 LB DB Flat Bench
Andy Romans home for his Spring Break pressing out 120LB DB's for repetitions.
Notice how Andy's upper arm is at a 45 degree angle from his body, and his hands are stacked over his elbows. This body position along with a proper arch of his back, allows Andy's back to recruit at the bottom of the movement and help accelerate the DB's along with his Chest & Triceps to complete the movement.
Andy couldn't wait to get home for some GE before he went back to Lafayette for Spring football. Andy's strength training at school is more of a Power Lifting regiment and he looks forward to the variety and "Athletic Specific" principles at GE!

DB INCLINE PRESS
DB Incline is an upper chest exercise.
This is Tayler Wejnert, back in the gym after her All-Star Basketball Season for Holy Angels.
Performing this 20LB incline press, Tayler is getting a "base" of strength following her long season and all-star games, before we increase her "load" and get her stronger for Division 1 basketball at George Mason University this summer.
