Agility Ladder

"Sport Specific" is very often an overused term, but whether it's baseball (Anthony D'Alessandro's sport) or hockey on the ice, the agility ladder helps foot quickness which helps athlete's on land or on the ice.

We try not to just "do" the ladder but attack it with proper technique and precision to create proper movement patterns and muscle memory.
