Strength - shoulder stability
Although he looks lean,...Dominick TulloNH Baseball) added 10+ pounds of muscle prior to baseball this spring.
Thanks to our Strength & Conditioning program he learned how to strength train properly, fueled his body correctly with the help of Sport's Nutritionist Heather Campanile and trained in our program 2x week.
Dominick is pictured performing a timed bodyblade set for shoulder stability and core strength. He will perform a unilateral set with both his right/left arms as well as a bilateral set to engage his abs more.
