Post-Rehab Training at Good Energy
TAYLOR CIALI demonstrating all the "healthy" GE CREW members that HE can't be stopped in the sand and makes the sled drive look quite easy.
TAYLOR is showing off his "NEW KNEE" below his precautionary brace. TAYLOR suffered a non-contact ACL injury in a student/faculty basketball game during his Post Graduate year at Blair Academy.
He will be a starting linebacker for Hobart College this Fall and we look forward to his leadership on staff as a trainer this summer.

INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC
So, in addition to high pulls, a backward sled drag, plank hold on the BOSU ball, heavy DB shrugs, neck harness, ABS and water jug sprints, BLAKE performed a Tri-Set of 15 pound wrist rolls to get that healing broken wrist some GOOD ENERGY!
He performed one set going forward, then backward...then forward again without a rest.
We cater to YOUR needs,...sometimes to exhaustion like this picture of Blake!
But we do try to focus on our Athlete's weaknesses and then maximize their Strengths!
