Michael Barrett is back at GE and better than ever!
Michael trained at Good Energy in 2006 but stopped to pursue other educational interests. He is currently in graduate school at Kean University to become a physical education teacher and is enrolled to become an advanced certified trainer.
As depicted on the left, Michael’s passion is “fitness by the ocean” and his full time job in the summer is overseeing the Ocean Beach II Lifeguards in Ocean County. Michael not only applies the Good Energy philosophy while training at our facility, but practices what he preaches.
Michael is an avid swimmer and runner and excels in all the events in which lifeguard’s perform in competitions. He utilizes Good Energy’s circuit training and core philosophy on his own and his belief in our program facilitates not only his own workouts but conveying the GE principle’s to our clients.
We look forward to sharing in Michael’s successes in his summer competitions and we anticipate his leadership as an active member of our staff next fall. Good Energy continues to grow, evolve and succeed and Michael has made an impact in his role of producing GE Athlete’s that perform better because they train with us!
Michael is single and resides in Wyckoff, NJ.
