IN-SEASON TRAINING
At Good Energy we believe a Total Body "recovery" workout is essential for maintaining an athlete's high level of relative strength during his/her season. Our In-Season Training Program is based on working every major muscle group because the entire body needs to recover following your 100% effort on game day.
An intense Total Body workout will actually alleviate muscle soreness, maintain your level of strength/flexibility, and help prevent against muscle fatigue and injury.
The In-Season Program @ Good Energy consists of a dynamic warm-up, total body strength training, and both dynamic and static stretching. The Good Energy Coaching Staff provides the same attention to detail for your In-Season workout as the off-season. During our In-Season Program, we give our Athlete's "an Edge" because our staff has participated in numerous sports at a high level of competition, and can provide knowledgeable advice and positive reinforcement to our client's during their season.
