Saturday
12.10.11

With only a few weeks until the NEW Year, we anticipate excessive Progress between now and then.

This photo was taken one week ago.

Following the completion of the lights being installed on the turf field and the ceiling painted, the sheet rock is now all up, the rough inspections for plumbing and electric completed and the large items are being ordered for the floor, walls, & finishes.

We are planning on introducing many new programs in the weeks to come and we look forward to your feedback on availability and quality of service.

The Expanded GE WILL BE 5x as BIG,
...but We WILL Keep IT PERSONAL!

2012 NH Lacrosse Preseason Starts with GE!

Tuesday December 6, 2011

Franklin Lakes, NJ
Elite Training Academy

We are excited for the opportunity to train the 2012 Northern Highlands Boy's Lacrosse Team this Winter.

We will have them for 3 hours performing Speed, Agility & Conditioning as well as Strength Training.

Thank you to Brian O'Rourke and Kyle Ojakian the two head coaches who have put their Faith in the GE Staff to "Make a Difference" this Winter with their Squad.

Our Goal is to get the boys to WORK HARD so that they go into this Spring "IN SHAPE" and the Coaches can Focus on Lacrosse not Conditioning.

12.03.2003

During a driving a snowstorm, Good Energy, Inc. held it's "Official" Grand Opening.

The mayor of Allendale didn't make it, nor did many family or friends. But we "officially" started on this day, eight years ago.

We have kept our head in the book, led often times with our Heart & appreciate Making a Difference in People's lives using Fitness, Strength & Conditioning as our Platform to develop Minds - Bodies & the GE Spirit!

Thank You.

Why we Do what we Do & How we Do IT!

In the Ultimate Respect move, BIG Mike Casimos came by on Saturday morning after helping the #1 Team in the USA win the NJ State Championship to give Pete Ohnegian a BIG Casimos Hugg!

Pretty Good stuff.

The Good Energy Training Facebook page has a profile pic of Mike on 12/08/08 performing seated rows at GE! He was just coming off ACL Surgery during his freshman year and was already working hard to get back on the field.

It was Awesome today - hearing Mike Giggle like a little kid and seeing his BIG Smile walking into the Shop to say, "Thank You" for ALL Our Support at GE and Believing in HIM, and help make him the BIGGEST & STRONGEST IRONMAN!

KITTREDGE Hitting Stride for BEARS

BROWN takes back Mayor's Cup - Beating PC 2-1

PROVIDENCE, R.I.

Brown took back the Mayor's Cup with a 2-1 win over Providence College on Black Friday. Brown (3-2-5) was able to net two goals in the first period and then hold off a late surge from the Friars (6-8-3) to win the 17th Annual Mayor's Cup matchup.

Following this exciting win, the Bears suffered a 3-1 loss to the #4 Ranked Boston College Eagles. Although disappointing, we had a great conversation following the lossw with GE'S KELLY KITTREDGE #22. Kelly is seeing more ice time & feels much more comfortable with the style of play implemented by newly hired Brown head coach, Amy Bourbeau.

We are psyched for Kelly, who works so hard in the off-season to play at her BEST Now!

Hard Work does Pay Off & so does Kelly's Mental Toughness!

Don Bosco grad Templeton All-Ivy for Brown

- been pancaking opponents with GE since `05

Add Jack Templeton’s name to the long list of Don Bosco graduates who’ve gone on to earn college football honors.

Templeton, a junior offensive tackle at Brown, has been selected to the All-Ivy League first team.

After moving from guard to right tackle as a sophomore, Templeton, who played on Brown’s undefeated junior varsity team as a freshman, moved to left tackle in spring practice.

The move paid off for the Bears and their 6-foot-3, 285-pound leader. Brown was 7-3 overall and 4-3 in the Ivy League as the offense generated 364.5 yards per game and 23.6 points. The offensive line allowed only 13 sacks.

Templeton tasted plenty of success at Don Bosco, where he was the team captain as a senior and also played hockey.

Sharing Good Energy with Hoop Dreams

Allendale, NJ

It was our pleasure bringing Good Energy Training to the XTRA Pre-Season basketball session for Hoop Dreams this morning.

Pictured are the 9th Graders during their Movement Prep. We worked with the 9th Graders at 10am and then the Upperclassmen at 12:30pm.

It was fun for us to Introduce GE to OUR community's basketball players up the street & we will keep Walking the Walk!

Thanksgiving 2011

Ramsey, NJ

Pictured is Mike Casimos on our Home television Thanksgiving Day!

Mike & the IRONMEN of Don Bosco Prep had their way with the St. Joe's Green Knights on Thanksgiving & it was great to come home from the Dick Meighan Run & settle in to watch GE on TV!

The best part of the story is Mike, despite a dislocated finger & feeling the affects of a short week & rival game, WANTS to TRAIN with GE on Black Friday to prepare for next week's State Championship game vs. Bergen Catholic at Met Life Stadium!

"FINISH!" We preach Finishing at the Shop Every Day, & Mike is doing just that! Texting us to get another GOOD Lift in before his Final Game Week of his High School Career...

Super Bowl Champions!

Spencer Burke - Ramsey Titans

River Rale, NJ

Spencer Burke ran in our Speed Program Last Winter as well as played travel basketball & prepared for baseball. Following baseball this Spring, Spence prepared for football & suffered a serious forearm injury that made him miss some time for the Ramsey Titans.

This picture shows a Dad & son who could not be Prouder to Be on the BIG Stage & bring home the hardware after a 28-14 impressive Super Bowl win on Saturday night in River Vale.

Congratulations, Dan & Spencer Burke & the rest of the Ramsey 3rd & 4th Graders. An additional mention should be for the Ramsey Spartans. The Spartans also won their Super Bowl matchup on Saturday night coming from behind to beat crosstown rival Mahwah's 7th & 8th grade team 14-12. The Rams needed a 30 Yd score by ALL-Everything, RB/LB Austin Triglia to put the Rams ahead for good at the conclusion of the Game & then Triglia iced the TBirds with an interception on their last offensive drive.

Congratulations to ALL of GE that performed for both teams - Hard Work, Pays OFF!
