ATHLETE'S IN TRAINING

At Good Energy we accept all athletes physically and mentally prepared to be introduced to flexibility, strength training, speed & conditioning and functional movement patterns. (13 or older)

Clients are asked to bring their goals and dreams to our attention and we will do everything we possibly can to make them come true!

Athlete's in Training is a comprehensive program that is specific to each athlete and their goals. We will give each athlete a thorough evaluation and introduction prior to beginning this program. The INTRO is a unique Good Energy creation in order to familiarize our new clients with our system, beliefs and tempo of our power hour. The INTRO consists of a thorough warm-up, total body assessment and specific athletic movements to gauge a starting point for each individual athlete.

Good Energy Athlete's in Training

Following the INTRO we progress into our Athlete's in Training program depending on In-Season, Post-Season or Pre-Season needs. Each program will progress differently including exercise selection, intensity and specificity to sport-movement skills based on each athlete's ability.

Good Energy Athlete's in Training

Each hourly workout will include a Dynamic Warm-up and Cool-Down Full Body Stretch. Nutrition & proper rest will be addressed during each hourly workout. We expect each client to arrive five minutes early for a cardio warm-up. At Good Energy, we encourage all serious athletes to train at least 2-3 sessions per week with our program in order to obtain the best results during peak training periods or pre-season.
