Welcome to Good Energy, a private personal training center in Allendale, NJ.

The 2,300 sq. feet of “space” at Good Energy is designed for your private training, working out on our open Pavi-Gym aerobic flooring, without the distractions of a health club.

Good Energy was created by Pete Ohnegian, a Ramsey native and former professional football player and all-state catcher for Ramsey High School.

Good Energy is the culmination of Pete’s “Dream Gym” where you are provided first class training by a knowledgable and professional staff.

Good Energy is a fully equipped private gym where you will be greeted with a smile and trained with a positive attitude…after all, it’s Good Energy!!
