SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING 5am Mon-Thur - Since FALL 2014
Since the Fall of 2014 we have had 5 women who have consistently trained each morning at 5am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday am.
The Workouts have consisted of: Monday - Lower Body Tuesday - Abs Wednesday - Upper Body Thursday - Dynamic Lower Body & Recovery
In addition to the four workouts we have tried to provide input and oversee their additional work including but not limited to basic cardiovascular work, swimming, running, and nutrition.
After almost two years of consistent work, we are very excited how this "case study" has evolved and we plan on dissecting their work more closely to provide proven results as to why this Strength & Conditioning is affective and how it can be a successful plan for middle aged people.
